Cove Valley

Set up base with your binoculars and immerse yourself in nature at one of Cove Valley’s unique cabins in the Devon countryside. The 300-acre rewilding project is a wildlife haven and the ideal place for a digital detox or romantic retreat.

The luxury interiors of the cabins, Ukai, Hopi and Chatan, have been designed by HÁM Interiors. The design studio describes the creative direction as taking inspiration from “old American culture, the great outdoors, and the rural charm of ranch-style living.” Unlike others, the inside of these cabins feel generous and spacious. In part, this is due to the smart storage solutions at play and the expansive windows. Cove Valley is an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with nature without compromising on your creature comforts. In fact, a rainfall shower and delightful toiletries from Bruton-based Commune more than deliver a boutique feel.

Hopi is nestled at the top of the hill and enjoys a large veranda and outdoor tub to soak up the beautiful scenery and golden sunsets. Deep in the valley, hidden amongst the trees, you’ll find Ukai and Chatan. We visited during the lush month of May, but we imagine each season would deliver a memorable experience as the canopy and landscape change.

Each cabin offers a remote escape into the wilderness, where you’ll reconnect with your surroundings, and in the process, yourself.
