Shipping methods
We currently ship to the UK via Royal Mail Tracked services.
UK:
- For our wavy mounts alone, shipping options include £2.70 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 or £3.50 for Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- For items of small parcel size, shipping options include £3.39 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 or £4.25 for Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- For larger items, shipping options start at £5.15 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 or £5.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- Please allow 2-5 working days for dispatch. Once dispatched, UK deliveries should arrive via Royal Mail in 1-2 days, depending on the service you have selected.
USA:
- Unfortunately, we are no longer shipping to the USA due to recent tariff changes.
Returns policy
- Please notify us immediately of any issues with your order.
- Contact us via our contact form to report lost or damaged items.
- Returns are at the customer’s cost (please contact us to arrange a return) and must reach us within 14 days of the date you received your order.
