From classic cacio e pepe to slow cooked beef shin ragu served on reginette, there’s a dish for all tastes. In reality, the hardest part is choosing just one. Servings aren’t huge, more akin to a traditional Italian pasta course, so hungry diners may well wish to order a couple of plates. Like many of The Walcot Group’s eateries, local, British ingredients feature throughout the menu, such as Westcombe ricotta from near Bruton.
